Don Bosco Vocational Training Centre (DBVTC) is a technical school run by the Salesians of Don Bosco, a religious congregation in the Catholic Church. DBVTC began in 2000, initially catered to the educational needs of the increasing number of dropouts and those opted for technical training.

School of Carpentry.
We Train in Cutting, Deals with Timber and Manufacture boards. Trainees are trained on how to measure, Cut, Join timber using different types of joins to make a furniture and
other house fitting.
School of Masonry.
Laying bricks, concrete blocks, lintels
and other pre-cast units and other works
related to Masonry works are part of the
course . Repairing and construction of
building and structures are also done
during the course,
School of Auto Mechanic.
Motor vehicle mechanical course Mainly
deals with: motor vehicles, diesel and petrol engine
functions and operation of different parts of the
engines, faults findings and repairing gear
systems and diagnosing of other problems.
School of Welding Fabrication.
Welding and Fabrication mainly deals with:
metal work, cutting, joining of metal using different
types of joins to make a furniture, windows, doors,
frames, roofs etc.
School of General Electrical.
In this course we instruct on how to Connect electric light, switches, single, two
way sockets, door bell house wiring motor
winding fixing and connecting electrical
equipment and finally the trainees are taught
about solar installation skills.
